Our Winners for 2020

Well no pandemic was going to stop us. We loved hosting the festival online this year and sharing 50 short films from around the globe. And we were absolutely thrilled to have so many people watching. Sharing the incredible work that our filmmakers are doing is the most important thing to us.

And what an impressive line up of lockdown short films. To each and every filmmaker, musician, actor and creative type who has used the months of lockdown to create, we salute you. Judging by some of the magic that was screened in our festival we are sure that there is plenty more around the world we haven’t seen yet.

But without further ado, it’s time to share who took the trophies for TweetFest 2020… and yes, they do get trophies!
