OVER THE YEARS, WE HAVE BEEN DELIGHTED TO SCREEN 100’S OF BRILLIANT FILMS IN FRONT OF A PROFESSIONAL INDUSTRY AUDIENCE WITH SOME OF THE UK’S TOP PROS HEADING UP OUR GRAND JURY.
We love films and we know you do too. Now is your chance to get involved and have your short film up on the big screen at City Lights Film Festival (formerly TweetFest), our BIFA qualifying and IMDb-qualifying film festival. We are also proudly a member of AIFF. Simply submit your masterpiece short films via Film Freeway, and you could be one of our prestigious winners.
Like in previous years, we host a gala screening and have a VIP jury judging the finalist short films, along with awards for Best Short, Best Actor, Best Actress, Best Cinematography and more.
Why do we do this? Because we love to support emerging filmmaking talent, and we love showcasing the best short films Britain has to offer. And we love helping our filmmakers stay in the industry long after their festival debut.
